Scenes Matter Most

I recently wrote a brief post about the importance of scene writing in literature for my friends over at Writer Unboxed. If you're interested, have a look.

Scenes aren't a new thing in writing, obviously, but I'm arguing that the Golden Age of Episodic Television that we're currently experiencing has made dialogue and dramatic action in fiction more important than ever.

See, it's not all jokes with me. I'm a serious damn writer.

And if you're a writer, too, or if you're looking to become one, be sure to check out all the other great posts on Writer Unboxed. It's a valuable resource, and it's absolutely free. Zero dollars. Which isn't bad.
